garage floor
All the steel beams and rebarb are down over the basement garages so they can pour the garage floor and front porch on Monday. Hopefully it will be a dry day Monday so we can pour concrete! They also have one of the stair cases framed now. It's starting to feel like a house.

Framing
Victor out side of his bed room! Look at all the framing that took place today! It was so fun to walk kids through and see the bed rooms. Of course Victor thought the rooms were too small so I told him he could sleep in a tent out back and we'd keep the port-a-potty for him to use. Then it was discovered that he wanted Tanya's room because it was bigger, well the bathroom hasn't been framed yet so it looked bigger. They are all about the same square footage and they are plenty big!
from the back of the house
This is the west side and the window is Tanya's bed room window.
This is from the driveway and the framing they did in the garages so that they can pour the garage floors! Tons of support to hold up all the metal and rebarb that is going to go ontop of those steel beams.
Too cute and then Morgan swept her bedroom! She was in heaven, who would have ever thought she would enjoy cleaning her room so much!
Kitchen down stairs is really, really tiny - which is fine, but there is no way a dishwasher is going in there and a small fridge.

framing began today
Yesterday they brought in a couple loads of lumber, very exciting. Today I met Eric and (forgot his name), the framer, at the lot and walked through the back yard and the wall/door changes in the basement. They were already chalking out the wall on the floor. They said the guys who did the footings squared everything up nicely. I stopped by to take pictures tonight but it was a bit too dark. The frames in the garage are the supports for when they pour the garage floor. They they use those pieces later as supports for other wall and things (like I really know).

Troy and I went up to look at the rock work Doug had done on the lot. He did a great job. I really like that he left me a lot of room to plant trees.
